Lee Rodriguez is an Executive Vice President and CHRO with WestStar. In this role, she manages all aspects of Human Resources and Learning & Development, including compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, employee development and retention, and culture for the WestStar organization. Lee is committed to ensuring a great team member experience.

Lee is a member of the Executive Network of the Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). She attained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and graduated from Western States School of Banking. Lee is an alumnus of Leadership Texas and a current Texas Tech University Excellence in Banking HR Committee member.

Before joining WestStar Bank, Lee was a Human Resources Manager at a local real estate investment company. Before that, she worked in the operations area for a large bank. Lee is active in the community, having served on the boards for the Children’s Grief Center of El Paso and the American Cancer Society. She is currently serving on the board of Project ARRIBA. Lee has also completed a two-year term as a Commissioner for the El Paso County Civil Service Commission and is a TBA (Texas Bankers Association) HR Committee member.
